Quark runs a medical assistance operation end to end — cases, email, calls, SMS, invoices and medical reports in a single self-hosted platform.
Ailita — our own AI, on our own servers

Ailita is our own model. It does not run on an outside AI service — it runs on our own servers, next to the database it reads from. Patient names, diagnoses and documents never leave our systems, which is exactly what medical work demands.
Assistance work is repetitive: the same reports, the same questions, the same documents in a different order. Ailita takes the repetition and leaves the judgement to the operator — it drafts, suggests and sorts, a person checks and sends. Nothing goes out on its own.
Drafts the report from the case, codes it to ICD-10 and reads the patient's identity from the passport — the operator edits instead of typing.
Reads what a patient writes in WhatsApp or Telegram and offers the answer the team already uses for that question. One click to send, one to rewrite.
Turns voice notes into text, pulls the data out of documents and files every attachment on the right case.
Groups thousands of messages into the questions behind them, so the team knows what patients actually ask — and what is worth answering faster.
Quark runs the whole operation from the first incoming email to the final payment — mail, cases, calls, SMS, chat, consultations, files, medical reports, invoices and payments. One case, one contact, one login; every module is a window on a shared desktop, tied together by a real-time hub, running on your own servers.
Each module does one job well and shares the same case, the same contacts and the same login. Turn on what you need.

Every module opens as a window on a single desktop — arrange, resize and work across cases, mail, chat, calls and payments at the same time.

IMAP webmail with per-case email threads. Messages land on the right case on their own.

Every case in one scrolling list, filtered and grouped exactly how you work.

Turn an incoming assistance email into a case — fields parsed from the message and shown mail-vs-Quark, edit, then accept.

Set cases aside and pick them back up — a shared parking lot for the whole team.

Client and provider payments tracked against every case — balances, partial payments, discounts and settlements in one live ledger.

Multiple invoices per case with client and provider figures, and profit as you type.

Draft a medical report with AI, code it, verify identity and export a clean PDF.

A WebRTC softphone in the browser. Click a contact to dial, no handset required.

Our own app for the Mac: the phone and the whole Quark system in separate windows, no browser. Calls, messages, mail and alerts in one program, with a menu next to the clock.

Text patients and providers with templates, live counts and delivery receipts.

Real-time chat with patients, plus internal channels for the team.

Telemedicine consultations in browser rooms — video, audio and chat, kept on the case.

Preview PDFs and images, then assemble documents with drag and drop.

The cockpit that binds mail, calls, SMS, invoices and reports for a single case.

Our own model, running on our own servers. It drafts medical reports, suggests replies to patients and reads what arrives — without sending a single record to an outside provider.

Per-operator preferences and superadmin controls in one place.

Copy one operator's settings across the whole team from a single source.

A separate portal where providers open a case, upload documents and fill the medical report.

Scan every mailbox by reference number and attach matching emails to the right case in bulk.

Find duplicate emails across folders by Message-ID, body or date and remove or move them in bulk.

Fuzzy-match provider emails to the right case by name and passport, with scored tiers.

A daily dashboard of all cases by type, country and provider, with a live status list.

A full audit log of every change on every case, with per-action scoring points.
An incoming assistance email becomes a case; every call, document, report and invoice stays on it until it's settled.
The modules aren't separate apps behind a shared menu — they run on one data model, one real-time channel and your own infrastructure.
A single WebSocket hub pushes chat, mail, calls and presence to every open screen, live.
Runs on your own servers with your own mail, telephony and database. Your data stays with you.
Reusable email and SMS templates, and automatic client-to-provider matching across the platform.
Every module shares one case, one contact record and one login — nothing to reconcile.
